12.1 Manage Flatpan

The manage flatplan button allows editing and duplication of the flatplan.

Insert Pages
Select from the dropdown menu where the insertion should take place and how many pages should be inserted.

Remove Pages
Select from the dropdown menus where the removal of pages in the flatplan should begin and the amount of pages affected.

Extend Flatplan
Select the amount of pages you wish to extend the flatplan by. This will add pages to the end of the flatplan.

Trim Flatplan
Select the amount of pages you wish to trim from the flatplan. This removes pages from the end of the flatplan.

Duplicate Flatplan
To duplicate the flatplan enter a new six letter name avoiding special characters and tick what aspects of the flatplan you would like to copy, Ed Markers, Ad Markers, Notes etc. When finished select your flatplan from the dropdown menu.

12.2 Edit Sections

Sections can be indicated on the flatplan. Type the name of the section and pick a colour. Once added select the range the section should appear from the drop down menus. Click the x to remove the section.
