15.1 List View

The list view area allows you to manage the gathering of approved PDF pages into a collection. Collections can be for sending to print, downloading high or low res, approving, refolioing or declining

View page status
The collections area lists approved pages awaiting collection in green and pages already collected in purple.

Selecting Pages
To select a page for collection click on it. To select multiple pages in sequence hold down shift, to select individual pages out of sequence hold down the apple button on a mac or the control button on a pc.

Functions menu
Choose the function you require from the pull down menu.
• Collect for Press
• Download high res
• Download low res
• Download assets
• Approve
• Decline
• Request Hard Proof
• Refolio

Selecting each option will reduce the list to only the pages available to use that function. All of the download functions will create packages in the collections pane. Depending on whether it is a press package or a download will determine which tab it goes to.

15.3 Apply Button

Next to the functions menu. This will Apply the function to the selected pages.
