25.1 Issue Creation

Issues must be created by the Product Support team. To create an issue contact the team and let them know the issue size and name and they will do the rest.

25.2 Markers

Marker names must not exceed 16 characters. Names must avoid special characters and spaces.

25.3 Indesign Layers and Text

Indesign has full support for layers. We advise keeping text in its own layer separate from the rest of your content. This text layer should always be kept on top of any other layers that exist in your document. This ensures the best possible result when your title is printed.

25.4 Image Uploading

When uploading images to VIP please avoid naming your target folder name with spaces or any special characters such as %^&*()!@ etc.

Images names should not exceed 25 characters including the extension.

Images should only be uploaded in batches of 15 or less.

Images should be sized to the industry standard resolution of 300dpi.

25.5 PDF Uploading

When uploading PDF's to VIP please avoid using spaces and special characters in the filename. VIP will automatically remove special characters and replace spaces with an underscore.
