26 Support Procedures

26.1 Logging Bugs

To log a bug go to the dashboard area and submit a support request. Start the message with the word BUG and this will be forward on to the development team by the Product Support team.

26.2 Logging production based issues

If you encounter production based problems or you have questions on how to use the system go to the dashboard area and submit a support request with details of your problem. This goes direct to the Product Support team who will respond promptly via phone or email.

26.3 Logging feature requests

If you would like to see a new feature in VIP4 go to the support area of this site and fill in the Submit a Feature Request form. This is delivered direct to the VIP4 Product management team for evaluation.

26.4 Requesting New Users

To add or remove users on the system email Product Support direct on vipsupport@freshmediagroup.com. The Product Support team will send you a user request form which must be filled in and returned.
