3.1 Logging in

The front page of this website acts as the central log in point for VIP4. Type your username and password into the panel in the bottom right of the page and click Login

3.2 The Dashboard

The first page you will see when logging in to VIP4 is the dashboard screen. The dashboard acts as the start location for VIP4. It allows you to jump straight to a title and issue, contains links to frequently asked questions, the VIP manual and the support center.

Across the top of the page are tabs that take you to different areas of the system. These include the Flatplan, Digital Dummy, Collections and Settings. All of these are covered in more detail in later chapters.

3.3 Creating an Issue

To create an issue click the settings tab and select Titles / Issues. Select manage issues and click create new issue. Enter the desired issue name along with the singe page size and flatplan length. Click save.

Now to get started select your title and issue from the dropdown menu then click go to be taken straight to the flatplan view.

Remember that once you've created your first flatplan you can duplicate it at any time ready for the next issue.
